ABOUT THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS The Board of Town Commissioners consists of five members who are elected to four year terms. Any registered voter of the Town of Bel Air who desires to file as a candidate for Commissioner must be a registered voter of the Town and be a resident of the Town for at least six months immediately preceding the election.

Reier November 8, 2011 November 2015 The second meeting in November of each year, the Commissioners elect a member to serve as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Town Commissioners. The Chair has the honorary title of "Mayor" Upcoming Board of Town Commissioners' Meetings & Work Sessions This schedule is subject to change. For confirmation, call 410-638-4550. Regular meetings and work sessions are open to the public. Meetings will be held in the Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, Bel Air. * WORK SESSIONS ARE HELD ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE TOWN MEETING AT 5:15 PM UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. * PLEASE NOTE DURING BUDGET SEASON (April - May): We hold additional work sessions and their days & times vary. * THE TOWN HOLDS 1 TOWN MEETING IN THE MONTHS OF JULY & AUGUST: Otherwise, Town Meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of the month at 7:30 pm (an exception occurs when a Holiday falls on a Monday, then the meeting goes to Tuesday).
