Robert J. Reier (Vice Chair) Robert J. Reier has been an active member of the Bel Air community since opening his Chiropractic practice in the town in 1999. Dr. Reier was appointed to the Board of Town Commissioners in December 2006 to fill a vacancy on the Board and elected to the Board in November 2007. Dr. Reier currently serves on the Bel Air Downtown Alliance's executive board and has been a proud member of this organization since its inception. In 2006, Dr. Reier was honored for this service to the community and awarded the Bel Air Business of the Year and the Bel Air Downtown Alliance's Member of the Year. These honors were given, in part, to his volunteer efforts in organizing and running the annual Summer Outdoor Movie Series in Shamrock Park. Dr. Reier is a graduate of St. Paul's School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola College in Baltimore. In 1993, Dr. Reier received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences, and has dedicated himself to patient care ever since.
