The Town has a large number of free publications at both the Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, and the Department of Planning and Public Works, 705 Churchville Road. Each quarter the Town mails to every resident The Bel Air Bond newsletter.
The Bel Air branch of the Harford County Public Library is one of the largest of the County Library’s. Volunteering is often a great way to become familiar with a new community, meet the people who will be new neighbors, and learn about local activities, events and organizations. We encourage you to become involved in your community by volunteering.
