The Town creates, maintains and updates numerous thematic map layers in a comprehensive geographic information system to assist property owners in the collection of site information.  Hard copy map and aerial photo products can be provided for a fee.  Some digital data may be available for engineers and land planners for the purpose of site plan development.

The Planning Department maintains a series of maps for various purposes.  Copies of these products are available to the public for a nominal charge.

FEMA Floodplain Maps

Free

Identify flood zones that may impact specific parcels.  Available for review in the Planning Department.

Photogrammetric/Aerial Maps and Aerial Topographic Maps

$ 15.00

Show parcels, topography, existing structures, nearby development, etc. of specific town properties or areas.  The Planning Department creates maps from its computerized database on its Geographic Information System.  Price is per sheet.

Town of Bel Air Zoning Map

$ 2.00

Identifies all Town parcels by zoning category.  May be purchased at Town offices or ordered through the Planning Department.  Zoning Maps are NOT available for sale at all Town offices.
