Purpose - Bel Air is an attractive, bustling community providing government, financial, retail and medical services for the entire county.  This attraction also leads to traffic congestion and parking issues.  The Town provides a wide variety of transportation programs to assist with these issues.

Neighborhood Transportation Management Plan

The Neighborhood Transportation Management Program is designed to quantify traffic problems, identify potential solutions and work with neighborhoods to reach a consensus on the most appropriate traffic control options.  Town residents who experience speed or safety concerns on neighborhood streets are encouraged to contact the Town Public Works Dept. or the Town Planning Dept.
