Through the D.A.R.E. Program, children are being provided with essential information, skills and encouragement to help establish strong values and remain committed to them, to set boundaries, to make good choices, to feel good about themselves and their decisions. The program targets 5th & 6th grade students of the Harford Day School and Saint Margaret’s School
