The Appearance and Beautification Committee acts as an advisory committee to the Board of Town Commissioners on matters pertaining to the appearance and beautification of the Town and receive no compensation. The Committee coordinates and assists in the design, planting and maintenance of planting beds in the Town's parks, along roadways, and around Town buildings. The Committee membership is made up of residents of the Town, owners of real property in the Town, proprietors of businesses in the Town and residents of Harford County.
