On behalf of the Board of Town Commissioners and staff, let me be the first to welcome you to Bel Air!  We take great pride in our Town and its government.  Our municipal services are second to none and our many volunteers are an integral part of making that a reality.  If you want to sample one of the many Town events, try a Friday noontime concert on Office Street in the spring and fall,  or a Sunday evening at the William A. Humbert Amphitheater in June, July and August.  As the County Seat, Bel Air is truly the "Heart of Harford".   Welcome!
