Hickory Ave., Bel Air, MD - Hickory Ave. & Lee St.) Please call (410) 803-9784 for weather related cancelation/relocation updates 2 hours prior to the concert. FREE Admission; please bring a chair. Due to COVID-19, anyone unable to keep a 6 foot distance from other patrons, must wear a mask. If the performance is moved indoors, a mask is required of all patrons.
