The Finance Department is excited to offer the following to all taxpayers:
E-billing – With the Town being a Sustainability Community, we encourage all taxpayers to enroll in the e-billing program for both monthly utility bills and annual real estate tax bills. Consider this option, which will save the Town (and you the taxpayer) money, by eliminating the paper billing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide your account number, name, property address, and email address. This change will be effective with your next utility or real estate tax bill.
Auto draft – With the Town moving to monthly utility billing, we are able to offer automatic draft, at no additional cost, with our new software provider. If interested, please complete the form here, or bring it directly to the department. This change will be effective with your next utility bill.
View On-line Account History/Bills – Our new software provider gives each taxpayer the opportunity to view the account history and bills for both utility and real estate taxes.
Credit Card Payments – We accept all credit card companies. The convenience fee is 2.95%. Please remember to process your payment at least 3 business days before the due date, since we post your payment based on the date we receive the funds.
E-check Payments – The convenience fee is $1.05. Please remember to process your payment at least 5 business days before the due date, since we post your payment based on the date we receive the funds.
Customer ID/Pin Number - Effective with the next billing, a Customer ID and Pin Number will show on each invoice. This information will be used to access your on-line account and make payments.
