(SOLD OUT) Saturday, February 26, 2022--Pam the Kindersinger--Interactive singing, and dancing, puppetry with ventriloquism. Pam Minor has been entertaining children for many years. She has appeared on Comcast on Kids’ Videos on Demand. Pam was a regular cast member and writer for the Emmy award winning children’s TV show “It’s Kindertime” on the ABC affiliate WMAR TV2 during its nine year run. She co-wrote and co-produced the CD “Musical Manners” with Karen Rupprecht, which won the Parents’ Choice Recommended Listening Award. She is a partner with Port Discovery Children’s Museum.
Saturday, March 5, 2022--Jazz for People who are Shorter than Me--Seth and his fellow musicians will demonstrate what makes jazz musicians tick -- improvisation, self-expression, and a whole lotta fun! Familiar melodies will be "jazzed" up with saxophone, flute, clarinet, piano, and more, including selections from Seth's award-winning childrens' album "Jazz For People Who Are Shorter Than Me." Attendees will learn to scat sing, carry a beat, improvise their own melodies, and more! It'll be so much fun, no one will even realize they're learning.
Saturday, March 12, 2022--India Tales, Unexpected Heroes (New Moon Theater)-Meet quick-witted and kindhearted heroes who help others and transform their own lives. These engaging stories shed light on the beauty of the subcontinent. New Moon Theater’s, Julie Kurzava, presents three engaging stories about unlikely heroes, including a little girl who saves her village through the power of math, the old man who defeats the town bully and a little boy whose generosity indirectly leads him to his heart’s desire. Told in a broad, theatrical style, Julie Kurzava has been widely praised by teachers and audiences for her energy and engaging style. “India Tales” is best for families with children ages 3-10.
(SOLD OUT) Saturday, March 19, 2022--Mayhem Magical Circus--Join professional knucklehead Gregory May as he builds his own wacky circus show. Over a dozen audience volunteers join him on stage as he juggles, walks on a rolling globe, spins plates and cowboy ropes, and messes up magic tricks with tons of fun and lots of laughs! Depending on the venue, he may even add some fire juggling and whip cracking. It's a wild circus ride for the whole family!
